"High Profile" Lawyers is not a new phenomenon in indian judicial system. Right from Indira days till the date there has been so many cases won by these law mortals. Jessical lall case is latest among them. Mr. Jethamalani has twisted the case just to his likes. Does it mean that they rule above laws of the constitution? It clearly exposes the loopholes that our judicial system full of. Can there be any check to these irregularities in the largest democracy of the world? How long we are going to let law holders like Jethmalani and Sibbal play game of their choice?

i must say your observations are highly apt..i dont know why but somehow supreme court lawyers in indian have realy struck rich and celeb status...perhaps they know all the dark side of politicians who award them with electtion tickets in return for the nasty advocacy...huh....
